රටේ ආර්ථික කටයුතු සහ ඊට අදාල ජාත්‍යන්තර අවස්ථාවන් සම්බන්ධයෙන් මුදල් අමාත්‍ය බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ මහතා මෙරට සිටින තානාපතිවරුන් සහ මහ කොමසාරිස්වරුන් සමග සාකච්ඡා පවත්වා ඇති බව වාර්තා වේ. මෙරට සිටින විදෙස් තානාපතිවරුන් හා මහ කොමසාරිස්වරුන් 43 දෙනාගෙන් 35 දෙනෙක්ම මේ වනවිටත් මුදල් ඇමතිවරයා හමු වී ඉදිරි ආර්ථික මෙහෙයුම් පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡා කර අවසන් බවයි වැඩිදුරටත් වාර්තා වන්නේ.
