මිල සූත්‍රයට අනුව ඉන්ධන මිල ගණන් පෙරේදා (29) රාත්‍රියේ සිට සංශෝධනය විය යුතු වුවත් මේ මාසය තුළ සංශෝධනයකින් තොරව ඉන්ධන මිල පවත්වාගෙන යෑමට රජය තීරණය කර තිබේ.
2022 වසරේ දී රුපියල් බිලියන 743ක් පාඩු ලැබූ රාජ්‍ය ආයතන 52ක් 2023 වසරේ මුල් මාස 9 තුළ රුපියල් බිලියන 313ක ලාභයක් අත් කරගෙන ඇතැයි මුදල් රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය ෂෙහාන් සේමසිංහ මහතා කියයි.
මහ බැංකුවේ නව වැටුප් වැඩිවීමට අනුව එහි කාර්යාල සහායකයෙකුගේ මාසික දළ වැටුප රුපියල් එක්ලක්ෂ අසූඅට දහසක් දක්වා ඉහළ නංවා ඇති බව ඊයේ (06) පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේදී අනාවරණ විය.
2020 වසරේ ජනවාරි සිට මසක් තුළ මෙරටට පැමිණි වැඩිම සංචාරකයින් සංඛ්‍යාව 2024 පෙබරවාරි මාසයේදී වාර්තා වී ඇති බව සංචාරක අමාත්‍යාංශය පවසයි.
