A discussion on the need to amend the National Dangerous Drugs Control Act to suit the current situation in the country was held under the guidance of the Minister of Justice Presidents Counsel Ali Sabry at the Ministry of Justice yesterday.

Three Grama Niladhari Divisions and two Grama Niladhari Divisions of Bandaragama and Kandy respectively have been declared as isolated areas with immediate effect, the Government Information Department said.
