The Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) has taken measures to deploy an additional 600 busses to provide transport for those affected by the train strike, according to the SLTB General Manager P.H.R.T. Chandrasiri.

පාස්කු ඉරිදා ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සිදුවූ මරාගෙන මැරෙන බෝම්බ ප්‍රහාරයට මුවාවී යුරෝපයේ මුල් වරට ශ්‍රී ලාංකික මුස්ලිම් ඩයස්පෝරාවක් ආරම්භ වී ඇත. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සිට ප්‍රංශයට පැන ගොස් දේශපාලන රැකවරණය ලබා ගත් ශ්‍රී ලාංකික ශ්‍රමිකයන් දෙදෙනෙකු විසින් ආරම්භ කර ඇති මෙම ඩයස්පෝරා කල්ලිය අරමුදල් එකතු කිරීමද ආරම්භ කර තිබේ.

පුද්ගලයන් 250 කට අධික පිරිසක් ඝාතනයට ලක්වූ පාස්කු ඉරිදා බෝම්බ ප්‍රහාරය සම්බන්ධයෙන් ලැබී තිබු බුද්ධි අංශ වාර්තා සැලකිල්ලට නොගැනීම "පුර්ණ උනන්දුවක් නොමැතිකම" මත සිදු වුවක් බව කොළඹ අගරදගුරු අතිඋතුම් කාදිනල් මැල්කම් රංජිත් හිමිපාණන් වහන්සේ වතිකානුවේදී ප්‍රකාශ කර තිබෙනවා. ඒ එම ප්‍රහාරය සම්බන්ධයෙන් රජය ගත් ක්‍රියා මාර්ග සෑහීමට පත්විය නොහැකි බවට වන තදබල විවේචනයක්ද සමගින් වීමද විශේෂත්වයක්.
