President Gotabaya Rajapaksa yesterday requested the banking sector to deviate from conventional thinking and practice to support the country’s striving to rebuild the economy badly hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 පැතිරීම අවම කිරීම හා ඒ ආශ්‍රිත සමාජ සුභසාධන වැඩසටහන් ව්‍යාප්ත කිරීම අරමුණු කරගත් ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සඳහා සහයෝගය පිණිස ජනාධිපති ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ මහතා විසින් පිහිටුවන ලද COVID-19 සෞඛ්‍ය හා සමාජ ආරක්ෂණ අරමුදල සඳහා මුදල් රැස් කිරීමට මුලපුරමින් ‘ඉටුකම’ වැඩසටහන 13 දින ආරක්ෂක අමාත්‍යාංශයේදී දියත් කරන ලදී.

මුඛ ආවරණ,අත් සෝදන දියර, අත් වැසුම් ආදී කොරෝනා වෛරසයයෙන් ආරක්ෂා වීම සඳහා යොදා ගන්නා නිෂ්පාදන 11ක ප්‍රමිතිය මේ වන විටත් ශ්‍රී ලංකා ප්‍රමිති ආයතනය විසින් සකස් කර ඇතැයි උසස් අධ්‍යාපන,තාක්ෂණ,නවෝත්පාදන ,තොරතුරු සහ ජනමාධ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය ආචාර්ය බන්දුල ගුණවර්ධන මහතා පැවසීය.

මෝටර් වාහන සහ සුඛෝපභෝගී භාණ්ඩ ආනයනය සම්පූර්ණයෙන් තහනම් කර තිබේ.
