කොවිඩ් 19 නිසා පනවන ලද ඇඳිරි නීතිය හේතුවෙන් මාර්තු, අප්‍රේල් හා මැයි මාස සඳහා නිකුත් කරන ලද විදුලි බිල සම්බන්ධව පැන නැගී ඇති ගැටලු සහගත තත්ත්වය සම්බන්ධයෙන් ජූලි (01) රැස්වූ අමාත්‍ය මණ්ඩල රැස්වීමේ දී ඒ සම්බන්ධව විදුලි බල හා බළශක්ති අමාත්‍ය මහින්ද අමරවීර මහතා ජනාධිපතිතුමා, අගමැතිතුමා ඇතුළු අමාත්‍ය මණ්ඩලයේ අවධානයට කරුණු ඉදිරි පත් කළේය.

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa yesterday directed relevant officials at the Excise Department to find immediate solutions to long standing institutional issues. The President instructed the officials to look for remedies at the institutional level, for issues pertaining to expediting the preparation of service charter, recruitments and promotions.
