අද (14) උදෑසන මෙරටට පැමිණීමෙන් අනතුරුව අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ අත්අඩංගුවට පත් රුසියාවේ හිටපු තානාපති උදයංග වීරතුංග මහතා මීට සුළු මොහොතකට පෙර කොටුව මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කර තිබේ.
