President Gotabaya Rajapaksa yesterday told Colombo Archbishop Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith that he would appoint an independent committee to investigate the Easter Sunday attacks.

ජනාධිපති ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ මහතාගේ භාරකාර ආණ්ඩුවේ අගමැතිවරයා ලෙස මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතා දිවුරුම් දීමට නියමිත අතර අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය ලේකම්වරයා ලෙස ගාමීණි සෙනරත් මහතා පත්කිරීමට යෝජනා කර තිබේ.

සියලුම ආණ්ඩුකාවරුන්ට තනතුරුවලින් ඉල්ලා අස්වන ලෙස ජනාධිපතිලේකම් කාර්යාලයෙන් දැනුම්දුන් බව බස්නාහිර පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාර ඒ.ජේ.එම් මුසම්මිල් මහතා ප්‍රකාශ කර තිබේ.
