Defence Secretary General (Retd) Kamal Gunaratne and Army Commander Shavendra Silva yesterday earnestly requested the general public to support the Tri-Forces and to practice restraint.
They said efforts were underway to ensure normalcy and urged the public not to destroy public or private properties.
